I am a skilled professional with master’s degree in mechanical engineering and 3+ years of experience in CAD/CAM software development to aid design automation and CAD data interoperability.
Some of software packages that I and my colleagues have been developed.
1- Auto-tolerancing: First software package (not-commercialized) to automate traditional mechanical tolerance synthesis process
2- Pattern feature recognition: A fast and reliable tool to extract pattern features from CAD model given in STEP AP 203 format
3- Feature recognition: Two standalone tools one for extracting part-level features (useful for manufacturability assessment of 3D-printed or CNC-machined parts) and the other for recognizing the assembly feature (useful for tolerance synthesis automation, process planning automation)
